Navigation Empowerment Services Team (NEST)
White Bird Clinic is helping people with phone access, direct express cards, Assurance/Lifeline phones, and food stamps Monday through Thursday 9:30am to 12:00pm at 323 E 12th Ave. Assistance is also available by phone, call us at 541-342-1295 (10 AM – 2 PM).
NEST is designed to help adults experiencing homelessness navigate available resources and sign up to receive assistance. Services offered may include assistance in accessing primary medical care, case management and advocacy, outpatient drug and alcohol treatment, group therapy, drug detox, mental health counseling and evaluation, SSI/SSDI assistance from a public benefits specialist, Oregon birth certificate requests, and transportation to appointments.
Health Plan Enrollment
Assistance with applications for the Oregon Health Plan and help with successfully using health insurance is available.
Interpretation Services Available
We provide free interpreter services.

White Bird Case Managers are active participants in the Eugene Community Court, problem-solving with community members in need of assistance and connecting them with services that will address their needs and help them move out of the criminal justice system and toward an improved quality of life.
