Temporary Location: 323 E 12th Ave, Eugene OR 97401

While renovations at our main building are nearly complete, we’re now offering services next door at 323 E 12th Ave. Here, we provide mail, messages, food, water, information, and referrals. Our popup van is stationed outside White Bird from 11 a.m. to 12:15 and 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily (weather permitting), distributing food, hygiene products, first aid supplies, and some clothing items.

Client Mail Services:

Client mail services remain uninterrupted. Please continue sending mail to 341 E 12th Ave, Eugene OR 97401. Mail addressed to 323 E 12th Ave cannot be guaranteed to be delivered.

Front Room Services:

Front Room provides distribution services, information, and referrals seven days a week. Our reception hours are 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. In-person service hours are 9:00 a.m.-12:15 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m., closing at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesdays.

Available Services:

• Information and a digital bulletin board
• Personal storage and a charging station
• Hygiene products (toothbrushes, etc.)
• Food, water, and snacks (while supplies last)

Donations:

Our programs depend on community donations. While our main building is being renovated, please deliver in-kind donations to 1555 W A St, Springfield OR 97477, on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10 a.m. -4 p.m. Ring the bell for service. Questions? Call 541-342-8255.
