| How do I access the program? | Come into our office and request a Data Base (an application). |
| Is Chrysalis a DUII program? | Yes. We are fully licensed by the State of Oregon. |
| How can I pay for alcohol/drug treatment and what if I can’t? | We accept the Oregon Health Plan and some private insurance. We also have State funded slots available if you qualify. |
| Are you a residential program? | No. |
| Who can come for acupuncture? | Chrysalis clients and anyone who has an alcohol and/or drug problem. Other medical issues can also be addressed. |
| How much does acupuncture cost? | $10-$20 based on a sliding scale. |
| Does Chrysalis have groups? | Yes, we have groups in the day and evening. |
| Do you have any special groups? | Yes – We have a women’s group and offer Tai Chi. |
| If I work can I still do treatment? | Yes, we will help you find groups that work with your schedule. |
| Are you a 12-step program? | No, but we work well with people participating in those programs. |
