Who is eligible for the vaccine?
If you are 12 or older, you’re eligible!
We are currently using Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines. 1st, 2nd and Boosters!
How can I volunteer to help?
This crucial effort is only possible because volunteers are willing to give their time and expertise to help fellow community members. In addition to medical staff, the project needs greeters and all sorts of other help.
Oregonians seeking information about when and how they can get a vaccine can visit OHA’s vaccination website. As of February 8th, 2021, the website includes a new tool to allow people to determine if they are currently eligible for a vaccine and register to get email alerts or text notifications when they become eligible. Once eligible, the tool will help direct users to vaccine events in their area, though the tool does not guarantee users a specific “spot in line.”
Older Oregonians can also text ORCOVID to 898211 to get text/SMS updates (English and Spanish only) or email ORCOVID@211info.org. If they can’t get their COVID-19 vaccine question answered on the website, by text, or by email, they can call 211 or 1-866-698-6155 between 6am and 7pm daily, including holidays.
