White Bird Medical Clinic provides compassionate health care to people who might not otherwise get care, treating all with dignity and respect. We offer quality health care to everyone on a sliding fee scale.

How to schedule a medical appointment: Please call the Medical Clinic at 541-484-4800 and a member of our team will be happy to assist you. We offer both in-person and telehealth visits.
*Medical Clinic Walk-In and Access Update*
To meet patient primary care demands, White Bird Medical is temporarily shifting away from walk-in appointments. Instead, we now offer a limited number of same-day rapid access appointments, depending on provider availability and clinical need.
If you are referring someone for medical triage or hoping to establish care, please call us first at 541-484-4800. Our ability to see patients may vary each day, and we want to ensure everyone is welcomed safely and respectfully.

Mobile Medical Van
TUESDAYS 1–4 pm: White Bird Medical operates a mobile clinic at Community Supported Shelters.
FRIDAYS 9–1 pm: Our mobile clinic operates on Fridays at at St. Vincent de Paul’s Schlies Resource Center. Services are currently limited to St. Vincent de Paul clients.
Insurance & Payment Considerations
Medical Clinic Info
Our clinicians provide primary care, perform preventative exams, treat injuries, perform minor procedures, and connect patients with mental health and chemical dependency services. With over 50 years of service in our community, a broad variety of specialists take referrals from White Bird Medical Clinic.
White Bird Medical Clinic accepts most Medicare B and Oregon Health Plan (OHP) insurance. We offer a sliding scale based on income for those without insurance, we do not turn anyone away for the inability to pay for a visit! You may also request to have us assigned as your Primary Care Provider.

Fees and Insurance
- We have discounts available based on your income and whether you are unhoused or not.
- Ask us how we can make your healthcare affordable.
Things we do not do:
- Sign OMMP Medical Marijuana cards
- Exams for disability, immigration, Department of Transportation and other administrative exams
- Prenatal services
- Pediatric services, including sports physicals
- Prescribed DEA controlled substances (see federal guidelines for a full list)
