Q: What time is the drop-in clinic?
A: We open the doors at 8:00 am. We have only one doctor, so are limited to how many patients can be seen per clinic. Arriving early to get in line would be advised.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: We have a sliding scale fee ranging from $15-$65 for new visits. The scale ranges are based upon federal poverty guidelines.
Q: Do you have eye doctors?
A: No, but White Bird Info Line can give you information about eligibility and application requirements for vouchers to be used at various optometrists in the area.
Q: Do you have a translator?
A: We usually have a person available to speak Spanish in the morning walk-in, and sometimes in the afternoon.
Q: Can you help me pay medical bills or prescriptions from other doctors?
A: No, sorry.
Q: Can I make an appointment?
A: Yes, but please be aware that appointments are at a set rate and the sliding scale does not apply.
Q: Do you provide physicals?
A: We can do physicals for school, work, DOT, and INS. Because physicals are "wellness" visits, we cannot put them on our grant. They are full rates and must be afternoon appointments. The rate is dependent upon the type of physical and amount of paperwork necessary for the agency involved.
