Up to 7 hours per week

Pay and Benefits:

$16.48 per hour

Job Description:

1) Current counseling licensure in Oregon: ex-LCSW, LMFT, LPC etc
2) QMHP eligible (including background check) – Master’s or Ph.D. in Counseling or related mental health field, and Oregon license;
3) Experience counseling individuals, couples, families;
4) Experience and credential (or eligible) for providing clinical supervision;
5) Experience working with clients who are low/no income, also with co-occurring disorders and a wide variety of clinic issues;
6) Experience with administrative tasks and functions;
7) A sense of humor.
8) Reports to the Core Administrative Team

1) Experience working with clients who are homeless;
2) Experience or interest in working in a collective environment;
3) Interest in a long-term commitment.

1) Carry a small caseload of counseling clients;
2) Provide individual supervision on both scheduled and as-needed basis, and participate in group clinical supervision;
3) Review clinical files and approve treatment plans;
4) Interface with other programs, agency and outside systems and funders;
5) Participate in grant/contract development, renewal, reporting, compliance;
6) Share in the training to new department staff, NVT and the periodic counseling course;
7) Attend relevant department and agency meetings;
8) Complete new employee orientation training and, if eligible, share in the coverage
of the front desk.
9) Reports to core administrative team for purposes of quality assurance, accountability, and continuous improvement of services.
10) Other duties as necessary.

Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check prior to work start date.
Probation period of 6 months.
