32 hours per week
Pay and Benefits:
$15/hr plus medical, dental, sick leave, holidays and vacation.
Lead consumers through application and enrollment process. At least two year’s experience in a homeless, crisis intervention, mental health, information and referral or substance abuse environment. Trained and experienced in working with Oregon Health Authority and use of their portal. Ability to work comfortably and effectively with various populations, especially the homeless. Pass a required background check. Complete all required training, pass and maintain certification.
