Pay and Benefits:

$17 per hour

Job Description:

1. A.A. in Human Services and CADC I or A.A. in Human Services or equivalent experience.
2. One (1) year experience in drug-abuse treatment and CADC (or the ability and willingness to obtain same within 12 months of beginning employment).
3. Competence in drug abuse treatment, including familiarity with ASAM PPC2.R Placement Criteria and a working knowledge of family and group counseling modalities and Chrysalis orientation presentation.
4. Individuals who are recovering from drug abuse, drug dependence, or alcoholism must have continuous sobriety for the past two years.

1. Perform clinical intakes, including necessary histories and referrals.
2. Determine eligibility, perform basic case management and develop treatment plans.
3. Serve as primary counselor for a limited number of clients based upon clinical ability and experience.
4. Participate in staff meetings and required clinic meetings and activities, including White Bird NVT.
5. Conduct urine surveillance activities and do the paperwork associated with the collected samples.
6. Assist in general office duties to back up the office staff as needed, answering phones, etc.
7. Participate in education and training for the staff and the public.

8. Maintain CADC requirement.
9. This position has a 6 month probationary period.

10. Must be able to work evenings and weekends
