White Bird Clinic Coordinator
Job Description:
This position is part of a nine-person team responsible for the administration of White Bird Clinic and all of its programs and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalency through three years job-related work experience.
- Four year's work experience in administration in the human service field.
- Experience with grants management, contracting, public relations, collective process, financial review, fundraising and-grant writing.
Responsibilities:
- Overview of all agency operations, responsibilities, process and finances.
- Service systems Coordination - Represent the clinic with other service providers and with professional association, advisory boards and community planning groups.
- Public Relations Coordination - Responsible for public speaking, clinic tours, client complaint response and public awareness efforts.
- Planning - Facilitate board, staff and program forecasting, visioning and goal-setting.
- Coordinate the work of the administrative team.
- Board of Directors - liaison between the staff and the board.
- Grant Writing - Help produce and/or review all grant proposals.
- Fundraising - Maintain and coordinate current fundraising as well as initiate new fundraising efforts.
- Be available to paid and volunteer staff members.
- Internal Meetings - Attend Community Meeting and Administrative Collective weekly, Board meetings monthly, program meetings as needed.
- Front Desk Triage - Complete required training and share in coverage responsibilities with all other paid staff.
