Job Description:

This position is part of a nine-person team responsible for the administration of White Bird Clinic and all of its programs and services.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalency through three years job-related work experience.
  2. Four year's work experience in administration in the human service field.
  3. Experience with grants management, contracting, public relations, collective process, financial review, fundraising and-grant writing.

Responsibilities:

  1. Overview of all agency operations, responsibilities, process and finances.
  2. Service systems Coordination - Represent the clinic with other service providers and with professional association, advisory boards and community planning groups.
  3. Public Relations Coordination - Responsible for public speaking, clinic tours, client complaint response and public awareness efforts.
  4. Planning - Facilitate board, staff and program forecasting, visioning and goal-setting.
  5. Coordinate the work of the administrative team.
  6. Board of Directors - liaison between the staff and the board.
  7. Grant Writing - Help produce and/or review all grant proposals.
  8. Fundraising - Maintain and coordinate current fundraising as well as initiate new fundraising efforts.
  9. Be available to paid and volunteer staff members.
  10. Internal Meetings - Attend Community Meeting and Administrative Collective weekly, Board meetings monthly, program meetings as needed.
  11. Front Desk Triage - Complete required training and share in coverage responsibilities with all other paid staff.
