Description:	IMPACT (Interagency Management-Planned Approach to Community Treatment) is an interagency effort, staffed by White Bird Clinic, to bring together diverse human service agencies to develop coordinated approaches to helping a small group of consumers who consume a disproportionate share of the agencies' efforts and resources. Simultaneously, we strive to maintain high standards of client confidentiality. In addition, IMPACT provides intensive and holistic case management for a selected group of these consumers.
