A charitable contribution to White Bird Clinic means two things: increased opportunities to reach more people in need and expanded resources to better serve the community. White Bird provides support and services to low-income individuals and families and responds to over 60,000 service requests annually.

There are many ways to give needed support for White Bird Clinic services,
and you can choose one or more of them for your gift.

• Donate by Mail
  To donate by mail, simply print and mail a completed donor form (PDF format*) along with a personal check, money order or cashiers check.
   
• Donate Online
  Contribute conveniently and securely online by credit card through PayPal. Include a "ship to" address for your tax receipt.
   
• Planned Giving / Endowment
  Fill out the donor form (PDF format*) and indicate that you would like to be contacted by a development representative who will meet with you privately.
   
• Material Donation
  White Bird Clinic is in need of the following donations so that we may better assist our clientele: blankets, sleeping bags, heavy wear clothing, shoes, socks, personal hygiene items (preferably travel size). Bring to 341 East 12th Ave., attention Christel. Donation receipt available.

Gifts to White Bird Clinic, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization,
are deductible to the extent allowed by law.

You will receive a receipt for your records and appropriate recognition of your gift.
